This unit was remodeled (paint, flooring, trim, new kitchen appliances and cabinents. The unit has tile everywhere but the bedrooms. The master bedroom (which has a huge walkin closet and a dressing area with sink as well as a large bathroom with garden tub). The bedrooms are split, but all have their own balcony.

The intracoastal waterway behind the building is less than 10 minutes (by boat) from one of the best inlets and natural ports in Florida. North Hutchinson Island is not very well known as of now, because there are no hotels or major commercial areas on it (because there are at least 6 large parks and preserves on the island), not to mention 4 or 5 boat ramp areas within a few miles). But it IS one of the most desirable areas on any beach in Florida (my opinion) precisely because of all the parks, waterways, fishing, canoeing, boating opportunities, wildlife (foxes, bobcats, raccoons, huge number of bird species, and marine life) and low density (and low traffic).
The entire Treasure Coast (consisting of Martin County (Stuart), St. Lucie County (Ft. Pierce & Pt. St. Lucie), and Indian River County (Vero Beach & Sebastian) is home or soon to be home to a large number of new biotech companies (Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, Smithsonian Research Institute, the USDA Research facility and a University of Florida research institute (all located in Ft. Pierce), as well as the new Scripps Medical Research Facility in Jupiter (just south of us), and several other lesser known biotech research companies. This area is being touted now as the “Research Coast”.
