Historic 1886 Mansion (possible B&B) and 2 additional properties (3 rentable units -- one dulpex and one SF home)in Alma, MI

We purchased the home 3 1/2 years ago as an historic restoration project and simply have not met our hoped timeline for the job. It's time to let someone else take over. If you are passionate about history, please contact me.
This 1886 mansion at 503 State Street in Alma Michigan (corner of State and Downie Streets) was built as the residence of Ammi Willard Wright, a lumber baron who contributed greatly to the development of the small mid-Michigan town of Alma. Despite its eclectic history and string of ownership, the building and its contents are remarkably well preserved. With its pitched ceramic tile roof, numerous stained glass windows, granite foundation and carved brownstone, the exterior of the home is a fine example of Richardsonain Romanesque Revival (inspired by H.H. Richardson). In contrast, the detail of the interior stairways, wainscot, and fireplaces is more aligned with Eastlake Victorian. In fact, the tile in the entrance hall looks remarkably like examples in Charles Eastlake's 1872 "Hints on Household Taste in Furniture, Upholstery and Other Details." The home's two main floors are about 3300 square feet each and there is also a full basement and attic.
Among the home's exquisite woodwork are 7 fireplaces, each with a uniquely designed mantel ranging from 7 feet to 10 feet in height and each made from a different hardwood with large beveled glass mirrors. The mouldings and doors of the rooms are of carefully selected hardwoods matching their respective fireplace. Six of the seven mantels are intact and incredibly well preserved. (the seventh mantel was removed from the home by a previous owner, but still exists some 200 miles away). As the home was originally heated with steam, the fireplaces were apparently mainly aesthetic and are adorned with intricate ceramic tile as well as nickel and brass summer doors. Although the chimneys have long been sealed, nickel-plated coal grates suggest the type of fuel that would have been used for ambiance at the time.
Beginning as a residence for Ammi Wright, the home has had numerous owners and occupations, including most notably, service as Smith Memorial Hospital (where many of Alma's current residents were born from 1933 through 1956). The Wright home also served as a business college in the 1960's and more recently as doctors' offices and examination rooms. Unfortunately, but no less a part of its history, in its transformation to hospital, the building was enlarged in the 1930s with a nonconforming and easily discernable addition.
The second property is a 2-story duplex built in 1926 -- it has a complete new roof in 2006, furnaces and water heaters are less than 10 years old -- each unit is 2BR/1ba and over 900sf.
The 3rd property is a single family home that is currently one bedroom, but easily converted to 2 or 3 and has a detached garage. It has a new roof and water heater in 2005 and new furnace in 2007.
