Homeowners association will have no dues. They are to be in control of problems that arise between neighbors. Enforce the CC & R’s and to make sure that no view is blocked by another neighbor within Sofawni Estates.
This committee is to be in existence for 50 years from July 31, 2009. This committee will work under majority vote rules.
