My wife and I went to an auction and wound up buying a new home, so it's time to start the ball rolling on selling our current home!
We are in a very quiet, private, and exceptionally safe neighborhood. Most homes in the area are in excess of $400,000. Our little dead-end road is on the tip of a peninsula on Old Hickory Lake in what has recently become Sumner County’s most desirable area. Lots of Golf and lake recreation activities within a mile or so. It’s like living in a resort area. We really like it here; in fact, our "new" house is less than a mile away!
This is a nice little 3bdrm/2ba home with an enormous front porch and a small guest house. The home is unique in that it has a complete recording studio attached, which includes a 12x16 control room, a 12x10 recording room, and three iso booths, along with a fair amount of storage for gear.
At this point, we are just trying to get an idea of the interest we can drum up on our own. If we end up listing through a Realtor, we will be pricing it about $12,000 more-to cover the commissions.

The vintage Tangent 3216 console and associated cabinetry, along with all interconnect wiring will stay and are included in the asking price (unless the buyer did not want). Most other pieces of studio equipment are negotiable as well.
