The priciest house in Hawaii is about to hit the market for $38 million, and it's perched on 6.78 acres of park-like land with six bedrooms, five bathrooms within a 14-pod compound. The 18,210-sqaure-food home on Kauai's north shore was completed in 2003, and it's being listed for the first time ever by Coldwell Banker Bali Hai Realty. The home includes a gym, wine cellar, and guest house, and it features views of Bali Hai and the Kilauea Lighthouse.
