Most people know Boise as the state capital of Idaho. The city was recently named as the #1 location for business and careers by Forbes magazine. This announcement brought a peak of interest to the Boise real estate market.

Right now the Boise real estate is on fire. Sellers have control of the market. Properties are selling within only a few days of being listed.
