The [city] [town] of _________ did by _________ passed _________[date], and numbered _________, vacate those portions of the streets and alleys named, in the [city] [town] of _________, and the _________ Electric Company, as a part of its power project, intends to impound the waters of Lake _________, and to raise them to the elevation of _________ feet, still water measurement, above mean sea level, and to inundate and overflow to that elevation those portions of the streets and alleys described in the ordinance. The [city] [town] of _________ desires, for itself and the public, to have the right of access over the lands and premises included within the boundaries of the portions of the streets and alleys described in the ordinance, to Lake _________, at all stages of water, but not, however, to interfere with the impounding or storage of waters as stated above, or the flow.

_________ Electric Company, in consideration of one dollar and other valuable consideration to it paid by the [city] [town] of _________, receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims to [city] [town], in perpetuity, the right of access, for itself and the public, over the lands included within the boundaries of those portions of the vacated streets and alleys described, to Lake _________, at all stages of water, not however, interfering with the right of _________ Electric Company, its successors and assigns, to impound the waters of Lake _________ and to raise them to the elevation of _________ feet, still water measurement, above mean sea level, and to inundate and overflow to that elevation those portions of the vacated streets and alleys described, or the impounding or storage of the waters of Lake _________ as stated above, or the flow.
