Trust settling lands devised in fee to wife to such uses as she shall appoint, etc. _________, late of _________, deceased, by his last will, dated _________, 19__, devised to _________, wife of _________, her heirs and assigns forever, in trust, the following-described property: _________. Therefore, _________[wife], and _________[her husband], grant to trustees and their heirs _________, and all the estate, right, title and interest, both legal and equitable, of _________. To have and to hold the devised lands, with their appurtenances, to the trustees, and the survivor of them, upon the trusts in this agreement limited, expressed, and declared of and concerning the same, that is to say: Upon such trusts, and for such purposes, and with, under, and subject to such powers, provisos, charges, declarations, and agreements as _________[wife] shall from time to time, or at any time, and notwithstanding her present or any future coverture, by deed or will, direct, limit, appoint, give, or devise; and in default of and until such direction, limitation, appointment, gift, or devise, and so far as such direction, limitation, appointment, gift, or devise, if incomplete, shall not extend, To the use of wife for and during the term of her natural life, free from the control, debts, or engagements of her husband or of any future husband or husbands whom she may at any time marry; and after decease, in case her husband shall happen to survive her, To the use of husband and his assigns for and during the term of his natural life; and after the decease of the survivor of husband and wife, To the use of the heirs-at-law of wife, forever, and to, for, and upon no other use, trust, and intent or purpose.
