Default Re: [IncomeProperties] Help!!

well I see that there are many here that don't like others trying to get on=
there feet and turning things around for there lives and there families. A=
nd that past is to be just that lived in the past and can not change. I gue=
ss it is left you those have there noses in the air at the others less fort=

you know we can spend 600 billion dollars on people we do not even know or =
and we can not even take care of our own people. Because of people like the=
se that stick there noses up to others without even knowing why they have b=
ad credit or what had happened to make it that way, they just judge you and=
not care to know why or help. If more people would try to help each other =
and then those that got helped more we all be alot better off in the USA in=
stead of 5% of the country rich and they like it like that.=20

All I ever see is Land lords who want money yet they can not put it out to =
maintain there homes or trailers, they can not even afford to buy a heater =
to a door frame or cut the grass yet at the first of the month they wish th=
ere rent right on time. Yet when it comes time for them to come and fix thi=
ngs they take there sweet time at it. Now is that fair fair at all.=20
=20
Is there some real estate book that teaches you landlords on how rent prop=
erty with no care for it and then throw then out when they don't pay. what =
of taking care of your places or your tenants.=20

Dutch your just like others you judge before you know what is going on, If =
this is what the group is al about is to put you down and not help[ then I =
wish not top be of it.=20

This is an interesting topic.

Should people with very bad credit be "investing" or should they be investi=
ng their dollars in cleaning up their credit?

Should people with very bad credit be attempting to become highly leveraged=
in a high stakes investment like real estate?

People with very bad credit have demonstated very bad business and personal=
decision making. Should these people be starting a business before they cl=
ean up their act?

Thumbs up Help

I know this is a relatively old post, but I would like to comment.
Although I don't care to judge anyone, I will say that I think you may find better deals available as your credit rating increases. However, I do think that there are ways to both invest in real estate and focus on increasing your credit. I would love to discuss with you further.

Feel free to lookup contact info at Riseupenterprises.com where we're helping families grow financially.
