Hi everyone I would like to comment on this topic. I have very bad credit a=
nd rather than trying to invest in real estate, I am personally wanting to =
learn better money management skills and instead of trying to learn the rea=
l estate business by my self I opted to take courses offered at local colle=
ges. We can complain and blame others for their success and our failures. W=
e need to take action to in prove our financial situation. Regardless of wh=
y we are in a bad financial situation we can only learn from those experien=
ces. The road to your success is only as long as you make it, It takes lon=
ger to crate wealth than it does to create debt. So take action!

This is an interesting topic.
Should people with very bad credit be "investing" or should they be investi=
ng their dollars in cleaning up their credit?
Should people with very bad credit be attempting to become highly leveraged=
in a high stakes investment like real estate?
People with very bad credit have demonstated very bad business and personal=
decision making. Should these people be starting a business before they cl=
ean up their act?
Not trying to start a flame war, just asking everyone's thoughts.
