Default RE: [IncomeProperties] Help!!

"Bad credit" can certainly be used as an effective investment tool - just
look at Donald Trump with his myriad restructuring and bankruptcy programs
for creative re-leveraging of his holdings. On the other hand - for those
not of Donald Trump's experience nor connections - typical bad credit
generally means you don't have the resources to weather the inevitable ups
and downs of a real estate investments including the necessary capital
reserves on hand. But - bad credit can stem from many things including
exorbitant medical debts from caring for a loved one after the health
insurance runs out, etc....so it's impossible to generalize. It boils down
to understanding the true volatility of investment real estate and being
well prepared to withstand the risk.

My 2 cents....

This is an interesting topic.

Should people with very bad credit be "investing" or should they be
investing their dollars in cleaning up their credit?

Should people with very bad credit be attempting to become highly leveraged
in a high stakes investment like real estate?

People with very bad credit have demonstated very bad business and personal
decision making. Should these people be starting a business before they
clean up their act?

Not trying to start a flame war, just asking everyone's thoughts.

what about very bad credit can we still invest in Investment Propertoes and
the like or investing in rental hoses or multi plexes. I hear they can be a
great investment as well.
