Hi all, im currently employed by a bank and would like to change careers and turn my hobby and passion into my full time job, flipping houses. However Im encountering resistance from the mortgage bank about this because the application process requires that you show proof of income.

Who else has made this their primary source of income and what lessons do you have for a self starter like myself?
