Peter Celnicker, a real estate agent and investor, arrived in Florida four years ago just as the real estate tide was rising.

He put his entire savings of $15,000 down on a one-bedroom condo with 1 1/2 baths and held it less than a year and made $13,000 when he sold it. Celnicker says he then took the profit from that first condo and, with a little extra money, purchased another house, which he is selling right now for a $150,000 profit.

That's an inspiring story. Just keep building on your early successes and eventually you will have bigger and bigger successes. You have to take risks, but if they are calculated ones, you stand the chance of a great reward.

That is a goos story, thanks for sharing. Reading stuff like that gets my blood pumping to go out and do more of these projects.

snowballing is the right way to go .. but florida is a bad market right now . last two hurricane seasons have kille the market

I know a lof of people who have similar stories. They are all very encouraging. That's why my husband & I want to get into doing this for a living. There are a lot of successful people out there.

stories like this are inspiring, but you have to remember that it's a risky business and you have to make smart decisions and be very orgainzed in order to turn such large profits.
