Great information. I often wonder if it is better to contract out the work that needs to be done on the house or if you should do it yourself. I think I would personally go with a contractor. This way the contractor is liable for any problems.

I think at this point I would hire a contractor. Not only are they responsible for the quality of work they do, but I just don't know enough to do all of the work ourselves at this point. Maybe if we had a contractor in the family I might be a little more likely not to hire someone.

Thumbs up Great Free Website

A good place to go for a free house flipping guide is www.flipahousesite.com I found this website really easy to understand and I really like the advise it gives to new house flippers. It's not big or fancy but explains a lot of stuff to help the beginner, like I am. If you are a beginning flipper like me, it has a lot of useful information to guide you through what you need when flipping and what you should look for. It really helped me and I think it will help a few of you out there too.

I'd say if you don't already know how to do all the work or aren't incredibly handy a contractor would be the best bet. Both for your investment and your health.
