Just wanted to tell everyone...Thank you all so much for the wonderful posts. I am a new flipper and I will take all of the help I can get. You all have great tips and ideas.

So what are your goals, brybrymom? Do you already have a property purchased or one in mind, or are you just doing the think work right now?
