 REO Properties Available
Hi All:
I am looking for investors who are interested in purchasing bank REO property. I have access to a tremendous number of these properties. They are located all over the country. They can be purchased for 40 to 60% of fair market valus.
They have to be purchased in bulk. The lists of properties range from twenty to four hundred single family residences. Also, the investor must be prepared to move quickly. It usually takes about six weeks from start to finish.
