HARD MONEY 2nd NEEDED -- $150K to finish construction

I have a client that has a first mortgage - construction to perm - and needs an additional $150K to finish the Home (he went over budget).

Home is in the drywall stage and located in Tampa FL.

First mortgage is $720K, needs approx. $150K to finish, appraised at $1,225,000.

649 mid score, self employed - stated - for 18 years.
