Chelsea Private Equity LLC provides funding for deals on hard money terms. This is traditional hard money - credit is not checked to determine if the deal makes sense. We work from the value of the property. We focus on the value so if you get a great deal for less than the value we do NOT pick the lower of the two when setting the LTV. I am talking about as-is value determined by an appraisal.

As rates and terms can change with the market send me email for specifics. Our rates do not change often. I just do not know how long this message will remain in the archives.

We cover most states. We only lend on NOO deals.
