Just wanting to check to see if i could get some feedback or phone numbers on some lending questions about buying to resale quickly. I am interested in the buying of pre-foreclosed or foreclosed homes in rutherford county nc if anyone knows where that is. Like i stated in another post i work in the law enforcement field but i think that if everything goes good i will go full time in the home field. Any and all help is great.

I do not have alot of credit because of my age so i do not know the best way to start out for the first buy. Also how to find the lenders to talk to about the process. Would like to start as soon as possible on the buying process.
