150-300/mo Pos. Cash Flow Greetings All,
If you're looking for reasonably priced properties with great cash flow, look no further! We have wholesale properties in Atlanta, Tulsa, Cleveland, Memphis, Indianapolis, and Jackson, MS ranging from 60K-100K with minimally 150-300K cash flow per month. This is after PITI and mgmt. fee. All units have been rehabbed and have tenants in place.
Not all single-family. We currently have a duplex for 80K with a 300/mo pos. cash flow. Won't last long.
How it works, you put 20% down which you get back after closing, so you are essentially putting 0-$1,000 out of pocket to buy these properties. All properties follow the 1% rule or we don't pick them up.
