I'm a wholesaler based in SW FL. We are finding that it's a great time to get awesome deals down here. Waterfront property $200k. Buildable lots for $5k!

Now I just have to find buyers! It's always something. The way I see it, in an up market, my job is to find good deals. In a slow market, I find buyers. Either way works for me. I help people out of their trouble real estate and I help others increase their wealth with good deals on houses.
