I too have been checking out forums and am pleased with this one for two reasons. The information is good and the people on this site interact frequently with each other.

I like your name lease to buy as I am thinking that that may be the strategy we need to take for the next year or so.

I am wondering how you qualify the people who you allow to lease on the way to buying?
