I am new to REI, I do not know much about investing, all I know is that I want to start immediately. My goal is to acquire a couple of residential properties to rent out for starters and then sky's the limit. I was smart enough to earn my real estate license but don't have a clue where to start with it. I'm a recent college grad with money making dreams, If I can buy a home for my mother my life goal will be accomplished. I know there are veterans out there that have been there and done that, I want to get intouch with them so I can plan out my direction.
