My investing this far has been done in TN of all places. Just happened to walk into some great opportunities there while visiting relatives.

I was wondering if you have done anything before on the condo coversion side of investing. Does state of Navada allow to convert apartment units into the condos?

A friend of mine bought an apartment building of 45 units @ $30,000 per unit in Tacoma, Seattle and then 2 years later she converted all the units into Condos and offered to sell at the price of $140,000 per unit. Since state of Washington allow you to convert apartment building into condos, she sees the higher demand of condos in Seattle area and made lots of money on her investment.

my wife and I both LOVE LV as well and almost moved there, but ended up in Texas. One of our good friends owns the Frightdome haunted attraction that they setup in the Adventuredome every halloween.
