Looking for Investors

Hi my name is Debbie and I am a wholesale/investor looking for investors to buy my properties. I live in California but invest all over. Recently, found some really awesome deals in Philadelphia,Pa, and need investor to assign my contracts to. Guarantee, my properties are always under $50,000, but valued at at least $100,000. Deal I have right now has $60,000 in equity. Need investors.
