have debated recently on getting mi real estate lic..

I have been wanting to get mine for quit some time now just have not taken the time to get them.

I haven't seriously considered getting my actual license, but there are quite a few classes that I think would be useful and would put me ahead in the game.

Haven't had the time to sit down and look into the details, but hopefully soon...
