First let me take a minute to introduce my self.My name is Alex
Franks,I own Atex Real Estate Development LLC. We are Located in Rock
Hill, South Carolina just 20 minutes ride from Charlotte,North
Carolina.As most investors are aware of what A fast growing area we
are located in.I'm originally from Long Island New York

We are a small local company who specialize in dealing with
foreclosures,rehabbed properties,and income producing properties.We
sell both retail and sell some wholesale to other investors(locally
and nationally).

Our properties that are purchased are never more then 70% LTV.This
way we are able to refinance the property if it does not sell in a
timely fashion.My company focuses mainly in our target Market area
that we have been involved with for 4 years.

Most are single family homes with moderate price range.(75k on up to
$160k).All of our properties are rehabbed in less then 45 days and
resell time varies.We have set out to sell all properties in 6 month
are less time frame.

We have done this for 4 years and feel comfortable with our numbers
and the houses we buy.We have 2 great rehab crews going at all times.

We have set for 2 more crews to come on full time.We have already
partnered with investors from California,and New Jersey and are
looking for some more serious cash investors In the New york
area,looking to make 12%to 15% on their funds or partner some of the
deals.I am getting ready to send some deals and the numbers for the
projects we are looking to partners or cash investors..
