Hi everybody! I didn't become interested in flipping until I went to Tampa last January to visit my son who is a land developer. I saw what was happening and got excited about the whole concept. I have had enough education and didn't want to spend anymore time in school and went right into this flipping business. Haven't done any yet and here it is October, but I am still learning and excited. I came back to Bloomington, Indiana in April and decided to sell my duplexes ( I have Four). I felt like a babysitter of "adults" plus the hassels of getting renters every year. I am focusing on short sales. I have two in the works now. Reason for this is that I have done the post card campaign thing and got "0" results. I am also looking for some investors. I know where to find the houses and can do a good deal, but getting low on cash and need help. I got a really cool e-mail from cashflowinstitute where they sold me a course about USPS which sends out post cards for me. I am going to try this and look for some investors. Dave
