(investment opportunity)-For years the people around the lake have been wanting to buy ground around the lake.When I bought this house I was going to use it for investment.FINALLY the city is going to sell the ground at this time only to the homeowners,below appraisal prise.Then once that is done then any other ground they will sell for higher prise.Being it is on dead end road I can get as much ground as I want going around the lake,and sell it later.The city also agreed to redo the lake and make inprovements as needed,which will not cost the homeowners anything for these inprovements.There is many things that I can do with this,can section it off for houses,boat ramp endless what I can do.(BUT)My income has changed and there is no way I can do this.I put my place up for sale.The realitor told me if I can wait until this is all done then they can put my place on the market and I can double what I am asking.I had all these plans on how I was going to make money on this home.but with my income changed we are living by pennies.I have 2 options that,

2# or find someone that wants to be investment partner with me
The city is having a meeting in Sept.06 things are moving fast and I
