The state matto (Land of Enchantment), we own
several lots just 30 to 45 south of Albuquerque, NM. In
four different sub division. Two subdivisions have
yearly association fees that end between 2005 and 2011.
Both subdivisions are very well planned out with
schools, parks and recreational areas. They have building
requirements and no time period to build. The other two
subdivision has no planning or zoning restrictions that are

you are a member of this club. We have lots that
range from 1/4 to 5 acres in size and most are
continous lots. Please be aware that in Valencia county it
requires a minimum of 3/4 acres to put a well and a septic
tank. So if you buy land from someone make sure you
have three 1/4 acre lots together or that the lot is
3/4 acre or larger. The exception is to have city
water or have an above ground water storage tank. I see
a lot of people buying land that are not aware of
that requirement and sellers that are nor aware of
this requirement or are not honest you decide and ask
before buying. Also have some lots in Timberon and Rio
Rancho New Mexico.
