Default pre-fab investments

Great Day!

Can anyone provide feedback, experience, or professional opinion
about buying pre-fab (mobile) homes for investment and lease
purchasing them to buyers on a 30 year note?

I was always led to believe that mobile homes were not good
investments. However, I am told that they become good investments
when they are sold permenantly anchored to "real property".

Thank you!

I agree, this is not a route I would choose, as I mentioned in another thread....

Now if the land under them is worth something, then it may be a good idea to buy them and tear down the mobile homes to have just the land, but I imagine it would take awhile to find just the right location for this to happen.

I totally agree with the others. Can you imagine paying on a mobile home for 30 years? I know people do it all the time, it just doesn't sound like a good idea at all to me.

I have to agree with everyone else on this one. I can't imagine paying on a mobile home for 30 years. Seldom too does the land come with it, it's just the mobile home itself. My wife and I would like to invest in real estate despite the crumbling market. Anyone know anything about blue sun properties ?

Default Mobile Investment

It is really a great fun to invest in mobile homes.....but its a temporarily sometimes you feel uncomfortable as its not going to your inheritance and whenever its going to old you can't transfer it to anyone.....as the other have no idea about your investments....like you
