need second lien OR stand alone second financing on single family property in sarasota, florida. this is a vacation/second home. client has 706 mid score, the first lien is pretty much wrapped up and ready to close (loan amount $775 total, thus second only $155k), going full documentation, 100% LTV/CLTV..
we dont care what program..HELOC, 15/30 etc as long as its 100% LTV. not concerned about rate as long as it does not mess up DTI..
