I just found a house, in South Melbourne Beach, FL, being sold for $284,900. The property alone is worth this or more. This is one of the most expensive areas in the county. Homes go from $500,000 to multi-millions. The home needs some rehab. I am estimating the ARV to be about $450,000 - $500,000 maybe more. I only have 10 days to get this lined up, due to a contract with contingency clause, which expires in 10 days. It may be 14 days, I cannot remeber for sure.

I need to find an investor, private lender, hard money lender, partner, or anyone who can help me finance this property. I have to pick up this deal. I just got engaged, and currently have no properties. This deal is GOLD. I am going to get some comps on it from the realtor very soon. I am going to go look at it tomorrow and get some repair bids.
