8 unit financing, milwaukee area

I need to see about getting some $ to purchase an 8 unit in the milwaukee area. Typical ones here sell for about 350k or higher. I have a lender that will finance 80% of either purchase or appraised value. I need someone to finance part or all of the down payment. I have almost 20 months of RE management, and great credit.
