I purchase private seller first, second or third postion mortgages, trust deeds and real estate notes. To the Real Estate Agent and Escrow Officer, this means help generating cash for closing your escrows.

To the Loan Broker, this means help to any of your investors who may not be getting their payments on time. If there is a trust deed junior to your client's trust deed, you can give me the name, and address of the junior Trust Deed holder and I will buy their position and immediately reinstate your client's Trust Deed. Or I may simply purchase your client's trust deed outright.

To the Trustee Officer, you can simply look at your Trustee Sale Guarantee Policy, and give me the name and address of the holders of any Trust Deeds junior to the one foreclosing.
