be accepted on the props listed below. Location Indianapolis IN - my
credit score FICA is sitting at 655. No negatives but not alot of
extra income nor long credit history. Most likely will have to go with
note buyers for the duplexes, but doubt the six plex will support the
extra amount on mortgage and higher interest rate that private notes
I'm self employed with RE and paper carrier so any nonstated programs
requireing w-2s are out. 1 yr in RE investing, with 1.5 yrs in paper
Have offers in on following properties:
1. six plex appraised at $170,000 - has a mortgage now of $137,000 -
trying to get it for $150,000 or less . Good condition, $15K of
windows recently put in , all brick, several units recently redone, 5
1bd/1ba and one 2bd/1ba. Awaiting first counter offer.
2. Two duplexes one 2bd/1ba per unit, and one 3bd/1ba per unit. First
offering $30,000 . Both REOS, both in very good condition - need clean
up and minor reapairs only. - received counters from banks on both -
will recounter tomorrow.
