 YES, Investors do buy Wraps and 2nd position notes

It's true. There are investors that purchase these notes. Each note is reviewed and due diligence done. Each investor has their own criteria that they follow. If their interested, offers are made and quotes are given.
If you have a note to sell, I would be happy to send you a questionaire to fill out and submit it on your behalf to these investors.
