Curious about how the blizzard conditions are effecting the market in warmer climates? Any spike in

buyers?

If I had to guess, I'd say it doesn't make that big of a difference. Of course, after some of the blizzard weather we've had this past year, it sure does make a person think twice about moving somewhere warmer!

I haven't noticed a change in our market in the South. If anything, it seems very slow. We've had a couple of duplexes on the market for over 2 months now with no serious buyers.

I wonder why blizzards in the northern states would affect the markets elsewhere?
