so I'll repost it.

Thinking realistically, what would be everyone's dream deal be?

I'm not talking about developing the Sears Tower here (something realistic)- I'd just like to know what

would be everyone's ultimate real estate deal.

I would absolutely love to have about 20 acres or so with a decent sized house. I could build my own barn. I want to have a small horse ranch. That's my dream piece of real estate.

Well, my dream deal is not an investment deal, but one for ME.

A custom home a ways out of town, on a big lot, done exactly the way we want it.

One day...

Mine would also be a deal for myself.

About 80 acres with a barn style home - hardwood floors, large porch, amazing kitchen. Something nice but not "fancy". And a large shop area for my husband to play with his fix-it car(s).

My dream deal currently is a small multi unit building, like say 8 units. That's a step up from our usual routine of duplexes, and will let us work through the issues in managing a larger property without getting TOO involved.

Now, I know that's a small dream, not an ultimate dream. I guess you could say my dream deal is owning enough profitable properties that I don't have to work anymore.
