I am looking for a really good and quick real estate school in California. I think that if I take a course I will get alittle bit more knowledge of how real estate really works. I am looking into investing into some property here in California and not sure how everything works. I don't have an aggressive agent so thinks aren't what I need them to be.

I am not familiar with what's offered in California, but it should not be difficult to find something. Many colleges have classes in this.

In my area (Texas) I have found that several local community colleges have some good classes. Maybe the community college route would work better.

Seriously, I'd just start looking around on the websites of campuses that are convenient to you. I bet you find something.

You are right. The community colleges do offer courses to help you. As well the real estate companies in the area are starting to offer classes for free but you have to sign a contract with them from what I understand.
