"We're experiencing increases across the board and these will inevitably trickle down to the shoppers," said Daylan Presley, spokesman for Suburban Water Systems that serves a 41square mile Womens Uggs area including Covina, Glendora, Hacienda Heights, La Mirada, La Puente, West Covina, and Whittier.
"None of those increases will make an impact right away," Presley said. "These adjustments will occur with time."
The district are facing 39 percent rate increase from Central Basin Municipal Water District, 23 percent in the Main San Gabriel Supra Footwear Uk Store Basin Watermaster and 11 percent in the Water Replenishment District of Los angeles.
All were passed last week. In addition, Metropolitan Water District a month ago raised its rates by 7.5 percent.
All four agencies either sell water or charge for the pumping of underground water in either Southeast Los Angeles County or the San Gabriel Valley.
The drought may be the cause of many of the increases from these regional agencies.

The Watermaster and replenishment district no more can get cheaper water from MWD to recharge the basins and therefore are being forced to use more expensive water about 50 % more.
The most controversial of the regional agency rate increases is Central Basin's, a member of MWD that serves the southeast area La County.

The district also needs to raise pay, Aguilar said. "When you appear at salaries, Central Basin is third from the lowest," he said talking about a comparison of the districts that comprise Metropolitan Water District. "We need to remain competitive in terms of salaries."
Local officials disagreed using the Central Basin action.
The town of Santa Fe Springs is cutting staff and its employees are taking a 3.Five percent pay cut, said Ted Spaseff, its director of municipal and utility services.
"You're sending the wrong message by going ahead and doing this," Spaseff said.
Don Jensen, Santa Fe Springs public works director, said the rate changes from Central Basin and the replenishment district amount to about a 11 percent increase to his city.
"Almost definitely we'll need to raise rates," Jensen said. "It's a just a matter of how much."
San Gabriel Valley Cheap Nike Blazers Water Co. already has increased its rates by 9 percent.
It serves some or all of the communities of Arcadia, Baldwin Park, El Monte, Hacienda Heights, La Puente, Montebello, Monterey Park, Pico Rivera, Rosemead, San Gabriel, Santa Fe Springs, South El Monte, West Ralph Lauren Mens Polo Shirts Covina and unincorporated West Whittier.
The speed hike won't even cover the elevated price the company has been paying to wholesalers, an official there said.
"Our total water cost increased by 26 percent," said Dan Dell'Osa, director of rates and revenue for that company.
Other local officials state that yes, rates will go up but they're not sure how much.
Tom Coleman, gm for Orchard Dale Water District that serves much of unincorporated South Whittier, said he's not sure what he will recommend to his board.
