I am a new invester and looking at a house in forecloser. I am not sure of all the ins and outs of dealing with a forecloser. I have done a walk around the house but have not talked to the seller. The bank that owns the house is located in Ohio but the house is in Michigan. Therefore Im not sure how motivated they are to sell and to make a deal. I dont want to get screwed in this. I would greatly appreciate any step by step instructions on how to secure this house with out leaving money on the table. If anyone has any advice/sugestions/or can help please respond ASAP.
