Actually, housing slump is a period in which rich people can extract more opportunities and wealth from ill-informed poor people. The media is keeping broadcasting "horror stories" about how some people got screwed in real estate, scaring most clueless poor people or "poor mindset" people from real estate. At the same time, they are grabbing properties on the cheap. Then, 4-5 years later. Rich people got richer and poor people find it even harder to buy their dream properties. The media is a broadcasting machine that perpetually and secretly helping the rich by sending out messages that most poor people want to hear: "Don't touch real estate, it will screw you...". At the same time, rich people are encouraging such propagenda, allowing them time to accumulate more properties on the cheap..., at the eventual expense of massive poor people's fortune. |
