Advice on a land auction on ebay

I was looking at ebay and saw this i was going to buy it, i just wanted to get some advice on it.

First off, what are your plans for the lot?

What do you know about the area? They do show the value of a nearby building but that's not a lot to go on. For a lot to only be worth $1000, you're not getting much.
