Default Investing with a friend what is the split

I am going to try to buy some houses to flip with a friend of mine. We have both done it before (he does it as a full-time job), but niether of us have done it with someone else. He is going to buy the house and I am going to pay for all of the repairs. He is going to get the contractors and manage the process.

Clearly he has more of the burden, but what is a good split on the profits? Has anyone else done this? Where they successful?

Thanks

Default RE: Investing with a friend what is the split

I haven't gotten much traction from this question, so allow me to ask it a different way...

If you have done any Real Estate deals with a partner how did you split the risk and the reward?

I am looking for something to get started, so anything would help.

Thanks
