Default Occupied Rental in Knoxville TN--Positive Cash Flow- Needs Buyer

I was hoping to find some information on investors that do business
in the Knoxville, (East TN) Area.

I have a leased rental (5BR $1400/mo) that is leased until August of
2003. The tenants are members of a local ministry organization
(Young Life) that has an unlimited amount of quality,future renters.
I have had it consistently leased for 3 years and had to turn people
away for this year.

Looking for potential buyers that will keep it as a rental as not to
disrupt the current tenants. It is sitting on 1.4 acres in one of
the wealthiest areas in Knoxville. (For example the homes directly
behind this property range $500,000 to $1,000,000)
