Post The difference in my understanding

condo and fee simple are all houses with no difference. There are condo townhouses and fee simple townhouses. The only difference is management differences. Condo covers all exterior maintenance including garbage, landscaping, repair, roofing and all the usual home owner maintenance. Basically, you pay higher condo fees so that you can be worry free about maintenance. Fee-simple means you have to take care of most of the maintenance, lawn mowing, brush trimming, landscaping, replace roof, gutter cleaning, and etc. But you pay less HOA fee like, 50-70 a month.
Also, condo association may have stricter rules regarding what kinds of tenant you can have, what kinds of installation you can install for multi-media...

Other than that, as far as sqft of the house and style of the house, no difference.
