I wanted to know from anyone who could offer a bit of advice, whether it is a good time to begin flipping houses. I spoke with an investor/realtor and they said that the best time to start would be next spring or summer when the market has changed. I am a novice. I have read the books, but i have the slightest idea as to what to do once i've found that house i want to flip. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
