We must understand this rule We must understand this rule: The better the transportation, the worse the property value.
The reason property value is high is that people want to live closer to avoid bad traffic. If traffic is so accessible, a 30 mile distance is as easy for commuting as a 15 mile distance, the value for the house at 15 mile will not retain its value. Better traffic == bad home value. |
