Hello,

I'm putting a marketing package together and I realized I don't have a contract (purchase aggreement) for my state (Mich)

I contacted my local RE office to see if I could get a blank one from them and they chuckled at me and told me I had to be licensed.

What does everyone else use for their deals? Besides going to a RE attorney what other options do I have for a simple but effective RE contract to use?
